Four-row tapered roller bearings are also widely used roller bearings,the bearing capacity of this structure is very large.It can bear both radial and axial combined loads which are mainly radial loads.The radial bearing capacity is 2.5~3.5 times of single row bearings,can bear a large radial load as well as axial load.Due to structural limitations, compared to four-row cylindrical roller bearings,Its limit speed is relatively low.Four-row tapered roller bearings can withstand axial loads in two directions,therefore can be used as two-way thrust bearings.Four row tapered roller bearings is mainly used for all kinds of plate and strip mill work roll, back-up roll, as well as the cogging machine and so on .The clearance of the bearing can be changed by adjusting the thickness of the spacer ring to make it more suitable for the working condition.
